Opening it the first time

Until the installers are code-signed, your computer may ask before opening UrBudget the first time. You only need to confirm it once.

Windows

If SmartScreen says “Windows protected your PC”, choose More info, then Run anyway.

macOS

If macOS won't open the app, right-click (or Control-click) UrBudget in Applications and choose Open, then Open again. On macOS 15 or later, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway.

After the trial

UrBudget opens read-only until you add a license. Your budgets stay readable and exportable either way. To add one, buy it and paste the key into Settings → License.
