UrBudget
Delete your UrBudget account
You can delete your account and its cloud data from the app or website.
- In UrBudget, open Settings → Account & sync, sign in and choose Delete account.
- Or sign in to your UrBudget account on the website and choose Delete account.
- Read the confirmation, type your account email address and confirm deletion.
What deletion does
UrBudget attempts to stop subscription renewals before deleting the account. If the payment provider cannot be reached, deletion stops so it can be retried. Confirm the subscription status in the store where you purchased it.
Deletion removes your account sessions, cloud budgets and sync key information. It does not erase local budgets, exports or backups on your devices. Delete those separately, or clear the app's storage. Files you shared with another service must be deleted there.
Purchase and license records may be retained for ownership, refunds, fraud prevention and applicable recordkeeping. A report you chose to submit about an assistant reply is separate from your account and is retained for up to 90 days; contact support with the report reference if you want it removed sooner.
See the privacy policy for details. If you cannot sign in or complete deletion, email support@urbudget.app from the address associated with your account. Do not send bank credentials, purchase tokens or an encryption passphrase.
